What is your turn around time?

All products are made to order and our current turnaround time is  2-3 days for standard products, 1-2 weeks for custom orders and light up marquee toppers.

What is your shipping fees?

Free shipping on orders over $100 - Australia Only

Standard Shipping $9.95 Australia wide

Rush Order (to receive the product within 1 week) - $25 Australia wide

Do you cater for express/rush orders?

Yes, if you need your product urgently (within 1 week) we charge a $25 rush order fee and you will need to contact us at info@grainandco.net to discuss your requirements. 

What is the difference between a natural finish and a walnut finish?

This is the colour choice of the finished product.

A natural finish is the (lighter timber) look and the walnut finish is the (darker timber) look.

Are your products Food Safe?

Yes. Our cake and cupcake toppers are made from bamboo, they are completely sanded by hand to remove all burnt charing caused by the laser machine. Extra care is taken with the stakes to ensure they are food safe. Each stake is sanded, cleaned, finished and sealed with a food safe mineral oil. 

Do you make other colours?

Yes, we have just released a colour range for our kids collection and we can also use these colours for our wedding toppers. Please contact us if you have any enquires.

Do you provide a proof for custom orders?

Yes, however you will need to contact us to discuss your order and once payment has been made we will design a proof.

No proofs will be made until you have paid for your custom order.

This is to ensure we don't lose valuable time designing custom products for clients who don't go ahead with the order.
