    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

     

    GRAIN & CO WARRANTS THAT ALL GOODS PROMOTED FOR SALE ON THIS SITE ARE OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY BEFORE WE DELIVER THEM TO YOU. WHILST WE TAKE CARE TO ENSURE DESCRIPTIONS, DESIGNS AND COLOURS ARE CORRECT, PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS MAY VARY FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL MONITOR.

    Privacy Policy

    Grain & Co will not pass on your personal information and email address to any third party for marketing purposes.

    Grain & Co will only send emails to people with whom they have had contact through one or more of the following routes:

    You have entered a competition via our website, instagram or Facebook page. If you have received a newsletter from Grain & Co and believe that none of the above applies to you and would like to stop receiving these newsletters, you can do this by sending an email to info@grainandco.com.au with the word "Unsubscribe" in the message box and we will remove you from our mailing list. The information we collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address. We collect this in order to complete your order and to improve your shopping experience. We do not store any credit/debit card details. Grain & Co warrant that customers' personal information will be kept private and secure unless required to comply with the law or applicable regulations or to ensure delivery.

    Food Safety

    Grain & Co certify that all of the wooden cake and cupcake toppers purchased from this site are finished by hand with a food safe oil which (CONTAIN TRACES OF TREE NUTS). By purchasing these cake and cupcake toppers you accept the responsibility to use the toppers appropriately and inform others of the allergy risks .

    Returns/Exchanges

    Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds on our goods.

    If you receive a product that has a defect you must notify us in writing via email with 5 days. Please ensure you include your order number and details of the defect. Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you regarding a replacement only.

    No returns accepted on Custom Orders.

    Delivery

    As all of our products are made to order we have a 2-3 week timeframe for you to receive your goods.

    Grain & Co will seek to ensure that delivery takes place in accordance with agreed delivery terms. However, failure to meet the delivery target shall not entitle the customer to terminate the purchase or obtain a refund unless such failure is due to the act or neglect of Grain & Co. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Grain & Co shall deliver the goods to customers at the premises specified in the order form. Grain & Co shall have no liability if the delivery premises' address is incorrect (or insufficient). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct and sufficient. All packages will be left on the premises of the stated address if no-one is available when delivery occurs.

    Prices

    All Prices are exclusive of 10% GST and displayed on the website in Australian Dollars (AUD). All pricing on this site is subject to change at any time in sole discretion of Grain & Co.

    Credit card payments

    All payments for goods supplied must be paid for in advance of delivery through PayPal or by credit card or debit card. Grain & Co accepts all major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

    International Orders

    We ship goods internationally. Please contact Grain & Co for a quote on shipping costs.

    Disclaimer

    Grain & Co, its staff and owners take no responsibility for any damage or harm that may come from products brought from this site. The purchaser when making any purchase takes full responsibility for the use of all products.
